Itinerary -
Gangtok sightseeing I Gangtok tourist places
NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Gangtok (Approx 125 Kms / 4 Hrs. 30 mints to 5 Hrs). On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Junction Railway Station/Ixb Airport, our driver will meet and greet you and board you to the vehicle. Then you will make your way to the hotel in Gangtok. Stay overnight at Gangtok.
(Approx 53 Km / 3 Hrs. one-way) -
Post breakfast, visit Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 km / 02 hr from Gangtok), a high altitude sacred lake. It derives its water through the melting snows of the mountains enclosing the lake. Further, you will visit New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 km / 01 hr from Tsomgo Lake). Later you are returned to the hotel. Stay overnight at Gangtok.
Note: Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir are subject to issues from the tourism department and weather conditions.
The Vehicle will be able to drive till Snow point (If there is heavy snow) on the way to Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir
Nathula pass is optional tour which is extra charges and permission depend on weather.
