Daywise Tour Itinerary

Arrival at Bagdogra airport and transfer to Phuntsholing by Road from Bagdogra.  On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuntsholing

Complete the immigration formalities and transfer to Thimphu. On the way visit Chukha Dam. On arrival visit the Tashichho Dzong. After that check in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Thimphu.                                                                                     

After breakfast visit Kuensel PhodrangNational Memorial Chorten, Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon visit Sangaygang View Point, Takin Preserve Centre. In the evening can visit Thimphu city local market, Overnight stay at Thimphu.                                             

After breakfast drive to visit Dochu-La-Pass (3150 mts.). After reaching Punakha visit Punakha Dzong - built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. For many years until the time of the second king, it served as the seat of the Government.  Punakha is still the winter residence of Je-Khenpo and King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck convened the first National Assembly here in 1952. After that return back to Paro & check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Paro.                                                                                  

After breakfast visit the base camp of Taktsang MonasteryKyichu Monastery. After that visit Ta Dzong, Rinpung Dzong. Then transfer to Phuentsholing. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuntsholing.             

After early breakfast transfer to Bagdogra airport.
